When asked about Kathie Lee's departure, Al confessed, "Well, I think we're just kind of ignoring it. Maybe she'll change her mind." He went on to express how bittersweet the moment will be, adding, "You know, she has been such a great part of 'Today.' It's hard to think about her not being there."
