Alright folks, listen up! In a recent exclusive interview with Closer Weekly, Jeremy Miller has hinted that a reboot of the beloved '80s sitcom Growing Pains might actually be happening. Can you believe it? Jeremy, along with co-stars Tracey Gold and Kirk Cameron, is reportedly "on board" to bring the iconic Seaver family back to our screens. That's right, the family we all grew up with might be making a comeback!

During the Roger Neal Oscar Viewing Dinner and Icon Awards on February 24, Jeremy, now 42, spilled the tea to Closer Weekly. He confirmed that he's had conversations with both Tracey and Kirk, and they're all excited about the idea. "Joanna [Kerns] would be interested, but she might only come back for a few episodes," Jeremy explained. "She's super busy as one of Hollywood's top directors, but if we can convince her to direct the reboot, that would be absolutely incredible."

Thanks to a group chat that's kept them connected over the years, the cast of Growing Pains has stayed in touch, making it easier to bring this project to life. Jeremy shared that the reboot is still in its early stages. "Alan Thicke was the one who really pushed to get this ball rolling, and when he passed away, it kind of lost momentum," he admitted. "But now, Tracey, Kirk, and I are determined to see it through."

Jeremy also mentioned that he's had discussions with Patrika Darbo, who played four different roles on the show, and Sam Anderson, who portrayed Principal Dewitt. He described Sam as his "favorite human being on the planet." "We loved our Growing Pains family, and we were so lucky to share that experience with America," Jeremy said. "Being able to do that again would be incredibly special."

And if the reboot does happen, it will serve as a tribute to Alan Thicke, who tragically passed away in December 2016 at the age of 69 due to a ruptured aorta. "Losing him was devastating," Jeremy revealed. "It still hurts. I recently picked up the phone to call him about a project I was working on, and it hit me that I couldn't. He was such a warm, wonderful guy, and I can't think of a single person who had anything bad to say about him. He was truly one of a kind."
