Hey there, TV lovers! If you're a fan of the iconic sitcom Frasier, you're in for a treat. Back in July 2018, rumors started swirling that the beloved show might be making a triumphant return with a reboot. Now, before you get too excited, the cast kept things pretty hush-hush for a while. But then, in August of the following year, Kelsey Grammer, the man behind the iconic Dr. Frasier Crane, spilled some beans. He told reporters they were holding out for "a pitch that hits it out of the park." And now, it seems like they might have found it!
Fast forward to a recent interview with Us Weekly, and Kelsey, now 63, dropped some major hints. “We actually are talking to a few writers and discussing the options and where we might think it would be appropriate to put it. So there’s some movement; we’ll see what happens,” the Golden Globe-winning actor revealed at Steven Tyler’s Grammy Awards Viewing Party to benefit Janie’s Fund on Sunday, February 10. Sounds like things are finally picking up steam!
A New Era for Frasier?

Now, Kelsey has been juggling a lot lately, what with filming Fox’s upcoming legal drama Proven Innocent. But he's not rushing the reboot process. “I just want to make sure it’s really good,” he admitted. And let’s be honest, that’s exactly what we want too, right? He also hinted that fans should gear up for a "third act" of sorts. So, buckle up, folks!

Who’s Coming Back?
Kelsey even dished a little detail about which familiar faces Frasier fans might see in the reboot. “Some of the folks — probably most of the folks who were on the original show — would be back, but we’re someplace else. Something has happened. We’re not going to pick up where we left off,” he teased. So, it looks like we might see a whole new chapter in the lives of our favorite Seattleites.
