Let’s face it, not everyone has fond memories of going to work with their parents. For me, the mere thought of waking up before sunrise still sends shivers down my spine. But hey, that’s just me. For others, bringing kids to work is a totally normal thing. Joanna Gaines, the beloved star of Fixer Upper, recently did just that with her four-month-old son, Crew. And let me tell you, this little guy seems to have inherited some serious leadership skills already.
Meet Crew Gaines: The Baby Who's Already Running Meetings
Joanna Gaines took to Instagram to share an adorable moment where her baby boy, Crew, made a guest appearance at one of her work meetings. In a series of Instagram Stories, Joanna showed Crew chilling out while she handled business. But it wasn’t just any ordinary day at the office—Joanna playfully labeled her son "Future CEO." Now, that’s a bold prediction, but when you consider that his parents are already building a multi-million-dollar empire, it doesn’t seem so far-fetched, does it?

Crew Takes Over the Meeting: Proof That Leadership Starts Early
In another video, Joanna joked that Crew had “taken over the meeting.” If this little guy keeps up his current pace, he might just be running the show sooner than we think. It’s no surprise that Joanna and Chip Gaines are raising their kids with a hands-on approach. After all, they’ve built an empire together, and it seems like they’re already grooming their children to follow in their footsteps.

Joanna and Chip Gaines: Preparing for a TV Network Empire
Joanna and Chip Gaines aren’t just stopping at raising successful kids—they’re also gearing up to make a big splash in the entertainment world. The couple, who already have four other kids (Drake, 13, Ella, 12, Duke, 9, and Emmie, 8), are working hard to launch their very own TV network. They recently spilled some details about their return to television during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

Chip Gaines revealed that they’ve signed a non-disclosure agreement but couldn’t resist teasing the news with his mom during the interview. “We signed a non-disclosure and it said quote, unquote you can tell your mother but that’s it,” Chip said. “So mom, I just wanted to make a quick announcement, we are coming back to television. You are going to get to see the kids grow up, you are going to see us, well maybe a six-month delay like the rest of the world, but we are excited to be back.”
What’s Next for the Gaines Family?
With their return to television and the potential launch of a new network, it seems like the Gaines family is building an empire that will last for generations. Crew might not be running the show just yet, but with parents like Joanna and Chip, it’s only a matter of time before he’s leading the charge. Who knows? Maybe someday we’ll all be tuning in to watch Crew’s Crew on the family’s new network.
