Life has been a whirlwind for Marie Osmond and her family lately, but through it all, the legendary singer is finding joy in the little things. This week, she shared a first-of-its-kind photo with her four precious grandchildren, and it’s absolutely melting hearts. In her warm caption, Marie opened up about what these little ones mean to her. “There’s nothing that brings me more happiness or peace than being with them,” she said. “They remind me every single day of what truly matters in life.”
Marie’s Instagram Post Celebrates Family and Joy
On Sunday, November 25, the Donny & Marie star posted an adorable snapshot on Instagram that's quickly gone viral. In the picture, you can see Marie sitting by a serene water fountain, surrounded by her four darling grandchildren—Stephen Jr., 4, Rocket Jade, 3, Christian, 2, and baby Maxwell, who’s just seven weeks old. “These adorable people are my grandchildren,” Marie wrote, “and this is the first photo ever taken of me with all four of them. Trying to get everyone to look at the camera was pretty much impossible, but hey, that’s life, right? #GoodAsItGets.”
Marie didn’t stop there. She went on to share details about their recent family adventures. “We celebrated Thanksgiving a few days early, and the day after, we took them to see the Nutcracker movie,” she explained. “It was such a beautiful moment, filled with laughter and love. These kids are my everything, and I’m so grateful for them and all the blessings in my life.”

Gratitude and Reflection in Hard Times
It’s no secret that Marie’s family has faced some tough challenges recently. Just a week before this joyful post, she took to social media to announce the tragic passing of her nephew, Troy Osmond. Troy, who was only 33, struggled with an illness that brought him immense pain throughout his life. In a heartfelt message, Marie expressed her grief while also celebrating Troy’s life. “We’re mourning the loss of a truly special person,” she wrote. “Troy will always hold a place in our hearts.”
Despite the sadness, Marie finds solace in focusing on the positive. “Nothing is more fulfilling than finding peace with the people you love,” she reflected. “Whether it’s family, friends, or anyone who matters to you, this season reminds us to cherish those connections. After all, it’s the season of peace, and I’m holding onto that.”
Another Milestone: Brianna’s Engagement
Amidst the ups and downs, there’s even more reason for Marie to celebrate. Just one day after sharing her heartfelt tribute to Troy, she announced another exciting family milestone. Her daughter, Brianna Blosil, is engaged to David Schwep! “Happy birthday to our beautiful daughter Brianna,” Marie wrote alongside a sweet photo of the happy couple. “And congratulations on your engagement to David Schwep. We love you both so much!”
With so much happening in her world, Marie’s resilience shines through. Even as she mourns the loss of her beloved nephew, she’s embracing the joy of becoming a grandmother again—perhaps even welcoming a fifth grandchild soon. “Who knows?” she joked. “I might already be hearing the cries of grandchild number five!”
These adorable people are my grandchildren, and this is the first photo taken of me with all four of them. ♥️ Let’s just say that getting everyone to look at the camera was an impossibility! #GoodAsItGets 🤣😂🤣 We did our Thanksgiving celebration a few days early and then the day after took them to the Nutcracker movie. Nothing makes me happier or brings me more peace than being with them because they are a constant reminder of what is truly important in my life. Being a grandma to these precious children is the most remarkable feeling, I love it!!! 😍 • I am so grateful for them and for all the other blessings in my life. Although I have made mistakes as everyone has, I have tried to rebound from each one filled with more knowledge which gives me greater hope. I believe the main reason I have been able to bounce back or stay resilient with my mistakes is because of the basic things my sweet Mother taught me. • Nothing is more gratifying than finding peace with your family, friends and loved ones. After all… tiz the season of peace. 😊🎄 Read more about how to find this peace on my Facebook page and marieosmond.com/sundaymessage
