When two-year-old Rafael saw his big sister Carmen doing yoga with mom, he couldn't resist joining the fun. His adorable voice rings out in the video with, "Me too! I wanna do one too!" Lower back pain…I hardly ever throw my back out, but every once in a while it happens. This is from early this morning…still in pjs 🤗😬. Since then I’ve been trying to heat it and I even went to the local nail salon to try to have them massage it out. It’s hard with the kids because I have to chase them and lift them…these injuries take some time to heal. A bath later and more stretching will hopefully bring relief tomorrow. This may be her fourth pregnancy in four years, but Hilaria is cherishing every moment. "For some reason, right after I deliver a baby I want another one. It’s kind of like going down this crazy slide, and then you’re like, 'I wanna go again.' Because it’s just so invigorating and I had great experiences," she confessed to Access Hollywood. "Yes! I would totally do one more!"
