Like many of us, Kym admits she has her own cravings—chocolate croissants and McDonald's fries, anyone? But she’s found clever ways to satisfy her taste buds without overindulging. “If I’m craving a chocolate croissant, I’ll opt for a slice of whole-grain toast with a dollop of Nutella. For fries, I whip up some crispy sweet potato fries at home using my trusty air fryer,” she explains. “Robert even surprised me with an air fryer—it’s been a game-changer!”
Her daily diet includes plenty of wholesome foods like avocado toast with vegemite, grilled salmon, fresh salads, boiled eggs, and more. These choices ensure she’s fueling her body with the nutrients needed for her growing babies while still enjoying delicious meals.
