Let me tell you something: no one gets in Prince Harry's way when it comes to his woman. The royal couple made headlines during their visit to Cardiff, Wales, where Harry couldn't help but show off his playful, protective side while interacting with fans. It all started when a young fan dared to ask if Harry and Meghan were already married.

Harry's Witty Response to a Bold Question

Here's what went down: During their visit to Wales on January 18, a curious young fan from the UsGirls organization asked Harry and Meghan if they were already married. Hannah Winmill, the development officer for UsGirls, told People, "One boy in the dance group asked them if they were married yet. Harry didn't miss a beat, responding with a laugh, 'No, no, we're not married yet.' But then he added, 'Back off!'” I guess he didn't know at the time that they were set to tie the knot on May 19 at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Classic Harry!

Harry's Protective Streak in Action

That wasn't the only moment Harry showed how much Meghan means to him. During their stop at Star Hub, Harry gathered a group of young dancers and said, “Let’s all give Meghan a group hug!” But after a few seconds, Harry playfully joked, “And release. She’s mine!” Talk about making sure everyone knows where she stands. Harry’s protective streak is on full display, and it's clear he's not letting anyone get too close to his future bride.

Despite Harry's playful jokes, the team at UsGirls couldn't help but adore the royal couple. Lowri Suter, a volunteer with UsGirls, told the press, "They were really great with the girls. They are genuinely interested in the well-being of young people and the importance of mental health, not just physical health." Hannah Winmill also chimed in, saying, "They were so down to earth. That was really important as it wasn’t intimidating for us. I was really nervous but they put us all at ease." It’s clear that Harry and Meghan’s charm and warmth left a lasting impression.

    Community Impact

Lewis Reese-Wilkins, an assistant at the center, was thrilled to have the royal couple visit. He shared, "It was great for the community to have them here. For everyone to see that the center is important to get children into sport because there’s not much around here. It is tempting for children to just be out on the streets so if we can offer free classes it can get them involved." He added, "They were really chilled and happy to get involved — they really enjoyed speaking with the kids. That was what they were here for — to see what the kids were doing." It’s heartwarming to see the positive impact they had on the community.
