He’s such a great dad and he’s so supportive of what I do. We just love our little family.”

Balancing Work and Motherhood

While Carrie has taken a break from her music career to focus on family life, she acknowledges the challenges of balancing work and motherhood. “I remember when we first found out we were gonna have him, it was like, ‘How are we gonna do this? Our lives are so crazy as it is,’” she told People. But Carrie and Mike have learned to make room for family time, no matter how busy their schedules get. “Being able to spend time and carve out some of that and maybe get to go on vacation and maybe get to go on a cruise—that stuff is so important,” she explained. “That’s what it’s all about.”
